What is your returns policy?
Wear them and if they are not the best natural leggings you own, return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How do I start a return?
All returns start in our Returns Centre.
Enter your order number and the reason. We reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label.
How quickly do I get my money back?
Within five business days of the parcel reaching us, to the payment method you used.
We refund the price of the leggings and the delivery charge on your order.
What if there is a fault?
If something is wrong with your leggings, email support@woolberry.com with a photo and your order number.
We repair, replace or refund, and we cover the return postage.
Taxes & duties
Are taxes and duties included?
For the United Kingdom, the EU, Sweden, Denmark and Norway, yes.
Every price includes tax, and duties and taxes are covered at checkout. There is nothing further to pay when your parcel is delivered.
Four destinations work differently: Switzerland, the United States, Canada and Australia. See below.
Switzerland, the US, Canada and Australia: import duties
Orders to these four destinations ship from Sweden with duties and import taxes not included in your order total. The carrier or the customs authority bills the recipient.
Switzerland
Swiss customs bill duties and import VAT to the recipient on arrival.
United States
UPS invoices any import duties before or on delivery. US sales tax is not charged.
Canada
UPS invoices duties and Canadian sales taxes, together with its clearance fee, before or on delivery.
Australia
Australian GST and any import charges are payable by the recipient.
